Tax benefit
The Solo Wildlife Trust is a registered not-for-profit organisation. All donations are TAX DEDUCTIBLE. The Trust is registered under Section 332(8) and Section 354(4) of the Income-tax Act, 2025 (corresponding to the erstwhile Sections 12A and 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961, respectively).
Established in 2026, the Trust is headquartered in New Delhi, India, and is registered with the Sub-Registrar, Hauz Khas, New Delhi.
The Trust is also registered on the NGO Darpan portal of NITI Aayog, Government of India.
Important Note: As per Government of India regulations, it is mandatory for NGOs to meticulously collect and submit the following information about their donors: (1) Full Name (2) Contact Number (3) Postal Address (4) PAN Card OR Aadhaar Card number. We require this information to generate tax deduction certificate.
Ten years down the line, we don’t want to be telling our children, we knew how to protect the tigers, how to bring harmony to the natural world, we knew we needed to connect different habitats, we knew we needed to educate more people.
